Refund Policy
Physical Product Refunds: For physical products returned in resalable condition and sealed in their original packaging, we will honor a full refund within 14 days, less shipping. For non-resalable products that are defective, we will honor a full refund less shipping. For non-resalable products damaged in shipment to you, we will honor a full refund less shipping. For open-box products or products where the seal has been broken, we will honor a refund less shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Personalized or customized products (such as business cards and emblematic items) are non-refundable once produced and delivered following customer approval of a proof copy as part of the production process.
