“1) All telephone calls were returned in a timely manner. 2) Great advice given. In example: a) repair job in bedroom was going to be $50 and I decided since that room is rarely used, not to go ahead with that minor repair. b) Brent advised that due to the age of my blinds, it was risky to clean them because they might not make it through the cleaning process. Decided not to clean as redecorating is in the future. c) Brent spent over an hour on what I had booked as a ‘restringing job’ of the bathroom blinds. HE WOULD NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR HIS PROFESSIONAL WORK because, although he ended up correcting the previous work on the blinds, he said because it was not a restring job that he had to do, he felt he couldn’t charge me. 3) Wow. Knowledgeable, professional, honest.”
